SWIFT Institute is partnering with the Scotiabank Digital Banking Lab at Ivey Business School, Western University to host a one-day event focusing on Digital Disruption in Financial Services.  

With advances in digital technology happening at an exponential rate, the financial services industry is casting a critical and opportunistic eye over today’s business model. New technology is not just about disruption. It is also providing the financial industry with great opportunity. Increasingly fintech startups are working with, not against, banks.  It is a union of agility and scale.

This one-day event will bring together experts from banks, academia and the fintech world to explore both the threats and opportunities the digitization of banking offers. The conference will serve as the first in a series of events leading up to Sibos Toronto 2017.
